The architecture

Morphitas owns the experience contract, rendering, personalization, and feedback. A host adapter brings it into a compatible application. Agents and connected systems retain their own execution authority.

Compacitas is optional for Core and required for the Civilization edition. It supplies the logical-agent and mission runtime across supported hardware and nodes.

What works now, and what is still ahead?

This public site provides an interactive design tour and downloadable first-party recipes. The owner-only pilot implements encrypted records, recipe personalization, versioned surfaces, linked questions, and feedback. Native in-chat use still requires a qualified host and authenticated connection. No public self-service accounts, subscriptions, autonomous background agents, or connected personal sources are activated by this site.

Why not simply use Streamlit, Gradio, or Dash?

These tools already support rich interactive applications, and some support chat and MCP. Morphitas focuses on a different workflow: describe an experience in natural language, let it evolve inside the conversation, and preserve the source and decision history across its changes.

What does this site collect?

This site has no account forms, advertising trackers, or analytics scripts. Its catalog filters and design tour run in your browser. Cloudflare may process ordinary request information to deliver and protect the site. Opening the private pilot or another linked service is a separate interaction with that service.
